St Margaret's College
The Engenium team has provided structural and civil engineering design services to many projects on the St Margaret’s College Campus.
Following the Canterbury Earthquakes, St Margaret's College Trust Board developed a new campus directional plan to ensure the College facilities and buildings match the world class teaching and learning that takes place within them. The Engenium team provided structural engineering design services for the College’s rebuild programme.
This included the following projects:
The Winchester Precinct
A three-level classroom block
A dance studio
School administration offices with a two-level office block.
Gymnasium and Chapel
This three-in-one facility contains:
A new gymnasium and fitness centre
A 700-seat auditorium/chapel
Classrooms and offices
Jean Crosher e-Learning Centre
The original Jean Crosher Classroom and Library block was redeveloped to include a 2 storey, 10 classroom, library and resource facility.
In addition, the Engenium team has provided seismic assessment and strengthening design services to enable the retention of a further 6 buildings on the School campus.
