Alexandra Park

Luxury Apartment Living in the heart of Epsom overlooking Alexandra Park race course. These apartments are a short distance from the CBD...

Radiating out from Alexandra Park’s streets, plazas and racecourse, a rich landscape of designer apartments, penthouses and town homes fuse architecture and village life in new and exciting ways. The buildings are being constructed from steel-framed gravity structure, and concrete core/shear wall lateral structure.

A dynamic series of buildings are thoughtfully positioned to capture air, sun and sightlines creating an open feel throughout the village, energised by doorstep retail and café culture.  While diverse in architectural expression and aspect, each building offers residents unique indoor-outdoor living experiences, both inside the homes and in the wider precinct below.

Auckland’s new urban village is under construction at Alexandra Park located in the heart of Epsom. This 32,000m2development consists of 246 spacious luxury apartments over three buildings:

Building A: Two 9-storey apartment towers and 3-storey townhouses on a landscaped podium, all over two-level basement car park. Ground floor is retail. (East Gate 118)
Building B: Nine storey apartment tower and 2 five-storey apartment towers, all over two-level basement car park. Ground floor is retail. (Sightline Green 44)

The first phase of the village consists of over 5,000m2and consists of a new concept FreshChoice, medical and pharmacy centre, and several hospitality outlets.

“Aesthetically we have created a vibrant centre for people to be able to live, work or play and ensured that we have wide open public spaces and park like areas for everyone to enjoy and congregate.  With Cornwall Park on our residents' door step it just adds to the general ambience of the precinct." Dominique Dowding, CEO.
