Latitude 37, Viaduct Basin, Auckland

These luxury waterside apartments were constructed in preparation for the America's Cup Regatta's in Auckland and are located on the harbour.

The five storey apartment complex was constructed in two blocks over a common basement. The precast concrete system was designed with high strength concrete for durability in a marine environment. Our engineers provided a precast concrete erection procedure and propping design which assisted the contractor to achieve a five month construction period for each block of superstructure.

The complex includes a substantial common courtyard with extensive landscaping, planted areas and water features.
