The building comprises of a 3,300m2 food distribution warehouse and cool store as well as a

1,250m2 freezer and chiller.

 

The building was designed with a post-tensioned floor slab to eliminate joints for reduced maintenance and increased hygiene for food distribution.

 

A patterned precast concrete office façade was incorporated to achieve an aesthetically pleasing yet economical office, with low maintenance requirements.

 

Engenium’s role was Lead Consultant, including Structural and Civil Engineering and Architectural Design Services.
