The building consists of a 3,000m² high stud warehouse attached to a 400m² office and showroom.

The post-tensioned floor slab in the warehouse was constructed in a single jointless pour to
eliminate the need for joint maintenance.
An economical fire design solution was achieved with the addition of automatic roller doors below the roof apex to vent smoke, avoiding the need for a sprinkler system, or high-cost proprietary smoke ventilation.
